Product Description
High temperature desizing enzyme GR-M108 has a wide temperature application range, can hydrolyze α -1.4 glucoside bond in a random form, and decompose starch into short-chain dextrin and oligosaccharides rapidly. GR-M108 can break down the starch on fabrics, starch derivatives and mixed slurry of starch/ synthetic pulp, rapidly converse starch to dextrin, which can be removed in the subsequent washing thoroughly.
Appearance | Light to Dark Brown Liquid or powder form |
Active | 100% |
Solubility | Be soluble in water |
Enzyme Activity | 20000 u/ml (minimum) |
Recommend dosage | 1-3g/L for knit dyeing after 10-20 time dilution (high concentrated) |
Appliaction Temperature | wide work temperature 70-100c |
Using high temperature desizing enzyme can get the desired effect that remove slurry containing starch thoroughly without damaging fibers. This is the result of amylase's specific.
It can only change the internal structure of starch but no effect on fabric fibers which can be recommended to remove varieties of slurry containing natural or modified starch, including so-called "water-soluble" slurry. The product does not contain surfactant, no APEO, and recommended to use with no-ionic to improve desizing efficiency.Compared with traditional chemicals desizing, the enzyme desizing provides advantages as follows:
1. No damage of fibers
2. Application in wide temperature range
3. Environmental solutions
1. Temperature: 25~100ºC. (optimum 70-80c)
2. Stability of PH: 5.5~7.53. The effect of Calcium ion concentration to enzyme activity: calcium have improved effect on stability of enzyme activity.
4. Dosage: Recommend1 to 3g/L for knit dyeing, 3-5g/L for denim washing process. (after 10-20 times dilution)
5. Rolling over rate: 95~100%. Suitable for rolling heap, jigger to padding crawler box and other desizing processes.
1. Packing : 25lg/bag or 30KGS/DRUM
2. Storage : Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. The enzyme maintains its activity not less than identified activity when stored at normal temperatures ( 25ºC) for 12 months. Avoid long-term storage at above 30ºC.
