The sand-water mixture is fed into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator, and the larger specific gravity in the mixture, such as sand particles, will be deposited on the bottom of the trough, driven by the spiral blades. The sand grains are lifted along the inclined U-shaped groove bottom, and continue to move for a certain distance after leaving the liquid surface. After the sand grains are fully dehydrated, they are discharged to the sand bucket through the sand discharge port, and the water separated from the sand is discharged from the overflow port to achieve separation.
