The electric steam vulcanization autoclave uses a boiling water heating tube to heat the water to produce steam for some rubber products, silicone products, etc., the autoclave is filled with saturated water vapor, and the temperature difference in the autoclave is controlled within ±0.5 degrees during the product vulcanization process, and the water content in the autoclave is high, and the smell will not be excessive in the vulcanization process.The main part of the electric steam vulcanization autoclave produced by our company is composed of three parts: head, flange and cylinder. Among them, the head adopts a spinning one-time forming head, which has a strong ability to withstand the pressure in the autoclave. The flange is made of 20# forged flange, which has no void and high safety performance.
