This product is mainly used in the low-temperature pretreatment process of cotton yarn and cotton fabric; it can activate peroxide for effective bleaching under low temperature conditions and achieve the effect of traditional high-temperature bleaching process.
[Characteristics and advantages]
1.With the activation effect of hydrogen peroxide, it can promote the effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, which can significantly improve the whiteness and wool efficiency of the treated fabrics.
2. Used together with hydrogen peroxide, it can effectively remove impurities such as pulp, cotton wax and pectin when practicing bleaching at 75-80ºC.
3.Low temperature bleaching reaction is mild, with good fiber conformation and high strength retention rate, which can avoid defects such as fine wrinkles and fiber brittleness.
4.Compared with traditional high-temperature bleaching process, it saves more than 30% energy, is easy to operate, can shorten processing time and reduce comprehensive cost.
