Product Description
Product introduction: This machine can be used in clothing, dyeing and finishing, chemical and other industries;
This machine can accurately simulate the actual production conditions: such as dyeing, washing and fastness testing. Equipped with a new type of special computer for dyeing machines, precise heating system, accurate temperature control and time control, which help to improve the success rate of samples.
The working heat transfer medium is glycerol. The maximum temperature is 145ºC

1. Material: The whole machine is made of high-quality mirror stainless steel SUS304 plate; durable, strong corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance.
2. High-performance programmable computer temperature control system, with heating and cooling rates, precise control of holding time;
3. Equipped with precision heating system, PT100 temperature control probe, which can program and store ten processes.
4. Drive system: small starting torque, stable, light load and low noise.
5. Dyeing cup material: high quality stainless steel SUS316, anti-corrosion;
6. Equipped with flushing system, washing sink.
7. Stainless steel cooling water pipe, equipped with thermal insulation cover, cooling quickly and saving energy; the shaft seal is sealed.
8. Equipped with aluminum shell motor and gear box to achieve good heat dissipation effect. The three-phase motor power is 180W, and the reduction box is 40 type 1:30
